Professional, highly knowledgeable, good communication, caring. We have 4 dogs and a cat now that they care for. Their prices on prescriptions are also competitive with online and other sources. They also rarely late or leave us waiting.

Avoid this place at all costs. The front desk (Julie) was consistently rude, condescending, and dismissive. When we called for help and clarity with pet insurance after paying nearly $2,000 for extractions in denied claims, she told my girlfriend in tears: “This is on you, this can be a learning experience” before hanging up without so much as a goodbye. Critical health issues including dental problems and nasal polyps were never explained to us in person and only discovered later in the written records. We were prescribed an inadequate round of deworming medication, which failed, and then were told the responsibility was ours. We've been here many many times. This is not a one-off experience. Other reviews raise the same red flags. Misdiagnoses, poor communication, and consistently unprofessional behavior at the front desk. VT students, this clinic will not advocate for you, your pets, or your insurance claims. Your animals deserve far better care, and you deserve basic human empathy.
